Service Rates

For web site design, we offer 2 affordable plans - a design and create only option, and a complete service package with NO up-front costs. Our rates are as follows:

• Site Design and Creation Only:
  • $597.00 for 1 to 6 pages
  • $87.00 for each additional page
  • Optional: Add $297.00 to create a mobile web site based on your main site. This will allow those with internet (web) enabled cell phones and PDA's to access an streamlined (optimized) version of your site. (The price is for 1 to 6 pages. Each additional page is $47. The price to create your mobile web site only is the regular rate of $597 for 1 to 6 pages and $87 for each additional page.)
  • Optional: $17.00 .com or .net domain name registration (one year), if needed
  • Optional: $27.00 .mobi domain name registration (one year), if needed
  • NO contract or commitment required

• Complete Service Package (design, create, host, and maintain your site):
  • Only $97 per month for either desktop or mobile site!
  • Only $147 per month for both desktop and mobile sites!
  • NO up-front costs
  • Includes site design, creation, domain name registration, hosting, and up to one hour of maintenance per month (additional time is billable at the regular rates below)
  • Up to 6 pages per site (additional pages are only $7 more per month)
  • Includes a unique login name and password if you want to make minor changes yourself
  • 12 month commitment required
  • Automatically switches to our "Hosting and Maintenance Package" after 12 months. You can cancel that package at any time (that is, the 12 month service commitment mentioned below would not apply).

We also offer a hosting and maintenance package for those customers who already have a web site. This affordable plan is a great for companies who want to update their sites on a regular basis.

• Hosting and Maintenance Package:
  • Only $47 per month for either desktop or mobile site!
  • Only $77 per month for both desktop and mobile sites!
  • NO up-front costs
  • NO page limit
  • Includes transfer of site, perpetual domain name renewal, hosting, and up to one hour of maintenance per month (additional time is billable at the regular rates below)
  • Includes a unique login name and password if you want to make minor changes yourself
  • 12 month commitment required

For basic computer hardware or software services and web site maintenance, our rates are:

• $47.00 for the first hour or part of an hour
• $37.00 for each additional hour billed in 1/2 hour increments
• $1.50 per mile for on-site service beyond 7 miles from zip code 44256
  • For larger jobs, mileage charges may be reduced or waived. Please contact us for more information.
• Hardware or software we purchase for you will be billed at our cost + 15%

Note that we will be happy to install hardware or software that you provide. However, we will not install any software for which you do not hold the proper license, "cracked" software, or any software that was obtained in an illegal or questionable manner. This is for your own protection as well as ours.
